Avoid Granite & Tile
What happens when you introduce glass to something harder than glass too quickly? Well, it breaks. Why you ask? Because of science my friends, because of science.
So what can you do to protect your glass investment and avoid a potential smoke sesh game changer?
1. Don’t put your glass on surfaces like granite or tile. At some point in time, you’re bound to tip your piece over and if it’s on a hard surface you’ll be enjoying some shatter… Not the good kind either.
2. Go to the pipe, don’t bring the pipe to you. This is an obvious way to avoid potential drops and spills.
3. Invest in a dab pad. It will provide a grippy, soft surface that will protect your glass from an inevitable tip.
4. Try dressing your pipe up. Knit bong sleeves can be purchased online or made at home. It might look goofy but at least it will keep your glass game tight.
So, do what you can to keep your precious glass safe and it will continue to keep you happy. Avoid doing obvious stuff that could endanger the wellbeing of your piece and it will continue to bring you peace. Don’t put your glass on hard surfaces because why? Because science my friends.
